Made with a limited palette of cadmium yellow, black and white and a tiny bit of cadmium red in my series “Colour Theory”, which explores the contrast of saturated colour against neutrals. I am celebrating bright saturated yellow, but the soft creams, golds and rich khakis began to emerge - along with a cloudy amber ale - as my favourite parts.

Once your order is received I will sign the painting and seal with a layer of gloss gel medium. I then polish the surface to create a rich, gentle sheen like a soft pebble. Please allow 7 days for delivery or contact me at nicolabeattieart@gmail.com so that I can ship earlier.
