As in the awakening of Kundalini, where energy ascends through different levels of awareness, this artwork conveys the dynamic movement from the material world to higher consciousness.

The interplay of deep purples, golds, and delicate drips of light echo the stages of awakening. Dark, shadowy areas represent energy in its coiled and latent state at the base of the spine Structured blocks and cascading drips represent a flow of energy through the chakras, while the luminous yellow bursts symbolize enlightenment, transformation and the opening of the third eye.
